Dear Readers, At the outset I have to say that ...all the characters in my story have only been inspired from real life ........their resemblance are only a co-incidence......their similarity with any living being is only unintentional ....it has been my endeavour to  create a fictional account out of events inspired by real life....... But do not get confused  by 02 - BHK flat...it normally accommodates 6-8 forced or perpetual bachelors but on weekends the number can go up to 15-20. Yesterday I went to a theatre .......Kesri in Bhubaneshwar ...It possess a large  70 mm. screen equipped with Dolby-Digital sound system & a big campus. It is  a classical single-screen theatre having the old world charm of movie-watching experience along with a dedicated team of ticket blackeers which are a hallmark of small-town India. The omnipresent blackeers signify the  economic theory of mismatch between Demand and supply. There are nearly 10,500 single-screen theatres in India in addition to approximately 900 multiplex screens.But the revenue share of multiplex is around 65% whereas single-screen theatres contribute only 35% . To put facts in perspective , a balcony ticket costing Rs. 80 in Kesari(Bhubaneshwar) is available with blackeer at a premium cost of Rs. 250, same amount which you will normally pay in PVR  in NCR of Delhi. Dear readers, 2 weeks duration is a good indicator of deciding the fortune of a Hindi movie.In this period, producer gets to know whether his movie has crossed 100-crore benchmark or not ? This has become quite a rage these days...nearly all bakwas masala movies  which intend to give competition to fighting skills of Rajnikant  achieves this milestone.  When hero walks, the ground beneath his legs does the bhangra...when he hits a villain he goes on a round trip around planet earth like ISRO satellites and comes back within few seconds to be hit again by hero in a different pose..the drill gets repeated several times till the viewer decides to go out for some fresh air inside theatre Urinal. Doesn't matter whether the hero is Salman, Akshay or Ajay...all follow the same drill in between romancing a teenage heroine. Even I am confused right now.......I do not know why I am writing this today.It has been nearly one year,since I wrote my last blog on 18th September,2011 . That day,an earthquake had stuck Sikkim.So, I am a little bit apprehensive.What if , it occurred again. More than 100 earthquakes of varying intensity have stuck India since January 2012. But, human reasoning prevailed. I decided to rely upon Jai Jagannath and Eurasian tectonic plates to spare our country. But , one question is baffling me that why we are unable to predict  earthquakes.If fishes can do it, why not we homo sapiens.
